Headquarters of FESTO is located in Modřany, Prague. It is a three-storey administrative building with a bearing construction made of a concrete skeleton. On the 1st and 2nd floors there are offices, the third, recessing floor belongs to meeting rooms. From the meeting rooms there is access to a terrace.Sipral´s delivery can be clasified in several structures. On the 1st floor there are windows inserted in a brickwork that was later equipped with a contact warming-up system. Along the whole perimeter of the 2nd floor there is a stick-system facade installed with windows inserted and a hidden (floating) frame. On the 3rd floor Sipral supplied sliding doors and the whole roof penthouse is equipped with a ventilated facade made of Alucobond. Sipral also suppied the front facade structure that is made of stick-system facade overlapping over all three floors. In front of the facade there is a vestibule with sliding doors. All glazed panes are equipped with electrically controlled louvers. Sipral also took part in structures in the interior, where we delivered glazed separating partitions between the facade and gypsum-board partitions. To illuminate the halls situated in the middle of the dispozition Sipral also delivered ribbon skylights. The most interesting and technically demanding was a question how to attach the Client´s logo on the above mentioned front facade. The logo is made of a light box of approx 1000x2000x300mm and system elements of anchorage to a mullion of the stick system were not able to transfer its loading mainly suction and wind pressure. That is why Sipral developped a technical design that enables transfer the logo loading to the bearing structure and at the same time avoids possible collision with louvers.
