In Pankrác quarter, Prague, there is the highest residential building in the Czech Republic being built. 130 luxury flats will be distributed on 30 floors. The name of the project V-TOWER, Prague corresponds entirely with its shape, two towers opening in a V shape.
Use of clear glass intensifies fantastic view over Prague panorama from each room through at least one glazed wall.
In each room there will be wide sliding door leading to a large balcony.
Sipral got the contract for facade of this building in 2016. Total volume of glazed walls and large sliding doors makes approximately 10.000 m2 and execution is planned for a time record of 10 months. The project also tries to get the LEED Platinum prestigious award, which guarantees a complete sustainability but also energy efficiency and high quality of inner environment supported also by facade quality execution.
