Škoda Auto has built its new HQ centre in Mladá Boleslav. It is a set of four interconnected office buildings located in the pre-production area of the car factory area near the 11th gate of the entire complex. All buildings have one underground and six above-ground floors. They will provide work spaces for more than 1,700 people. The project includes a courtyard and parking lot, which increases the current capacity to a total of 724 parking places.
Sipral supplies complete cladding to all buildings. The facade of all four buildings is composed of a closed frame aluminum structure with composite panels cladding in white and anthracite finish. The decorative design element consists of perforated sheet metal and corrugated aluminum cladding. Double windows are installed with a central pillar with one opening part and an external blind. The delivery also includes window sills and pillars between the windows in black. The ground floor and connecting bridges are formed by a stick facade. Sipral also supplies small structures in the form of a glass skylight in the middle of the courtyard, ventilation flaps for smoke ventilation and aluminum cladding of the roof structures. The complexity depends on the facade variations, which consists of transitions with differences in depth and height and specifically curved corners.
