By enclosing courtyard galleries of a historic house on Na Příkopě 13 after total reconstruction its value increased. The atrium space is horizontally divided by glass acoustic ceiling and a glazed thermally insulated roof. The whole atrium is vertically enclosed with glazed facades that meet requirements of fire protection in degree of EI 30, EI 45. A structure of glazed ceiling with fire resistance of EI 30 is used there.
On all glazed structures there were used systems of Hartmann aluminum facades. Hartmann is tested and certified for individual types of fire-resistant constructions – facades, doors, ceilings. The structures are glazed with Promaglas in corresponding degree of resistance. Fire-protected structures are installed as a set-off facade envelope on the area of more than 230 m2.
