For the trade fair Invex 2000, Sipral created an exhibition stand for Radiomobil, the operator of the T-mobile phone network. The customer required having a stand which could be easily dissembled and re-assembled. The architect designed a stand composed of four eight-meter high portals with a triangular layout. These are structurally individual, so it is possible to set them together in a space and adapt the stand to various spatial dispositions. The portals are installed in a square shape and they occupy an of 9x9 metres – as was the case at the exhibition Invex. The load-bearing part of the structure consists of a truss construction using thin-walled steel profiles of the Jäkl type (60x60 mm). It was clad with silver Alucobond boards. This order does not belong among Sipral’s most typical production, but it helps to give a sense of the technological and material capacities of this company.
