A modern administrative centre, yet situated close to the Romanesque rotunda of St. Longin in Prague’s New Town, the entire building is in terms of architectonic design subordinated to its harmonising with the surrounding centuries-old urban fabric. Aluminium frame structures with operable wooden windows dominate the whole facade. The windows are embedded into red and/or yellow sand-stone, which serves as the building’s cladding. The windows on the corner facade and at the 6th floor are equipped with sliding wooden louvers in steel frames. A glazed winter garden of bent glass with exterior louvers is situated on the fifth floor. A special element of this project consisted of super-standard enamelled glass units of 3x3m printed with silk-screen technique.
