The fabrication and logistics center in Jirny lies 8 km eastward from Prague, next to D11 highway. The construction was launched in 2006 when the company decided to enlarge its manufacturing spaces and move a substantial part of equipment and material storage from its leased premises. In the beginning of 2008 the center was completed and opened; from the middle of the same year fabrication was launched and has run until today.
The logistic center capacity is dimensioned for fabrication of 100 000–120 000 m2 of element facades/a year and total amount of 200 employees working in three shifts.
At present time the fabrication and logistics center in Jirny disposes of 5,8 thousand m2 (out of which 84% are manufacturing and storage spaces; the rest is aimed for administrative background of fabrication). The hall is located on the lands of approx. 11 000 m2 and if necessary it can be enlarged and enable the company to increase current fabrication capacity. Around the premises there is other area of approx. 31 000 m2, that can be used for further possible development of the center.
The storage premises in Jirny are equipped with a modern automated rack system of profile storing and storing of small material and accessories.
The fabrication disposes of modern machining devices. Two five-axis Handtmann machining centers, three-axis Elumatec machining centers, three-axis Brother machining center for fabrication of small parts, several saws and other multi-function machines.
For completion works we have approx. 3 500 m2 of areas in three completion operations equipped with crane tracks. The crane has a capacity of up to 6 tons. This enables the company work on 3 independent projects.
